Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fusion Fitness! Please carefully read the following terms and conditions. By purchasing any membership or availing of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Medical Absences

  • If you are unable to attend personal training sessions for 10 to 15 days due to a valid medical reason, your membership can be extended upon submission of appropriate medical documentation. The extension period will correspond to the duration of your medical leave.    

2. Discounted Memberships

  • Memberships purchased at a discounted rate are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all members.

3. General Membership Policies

  • All memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.
  • Members are responsible for adhering to their training schedules.
  • Missed sessions outside of the medical absence policy will not be rescheduled or refunded.
  • The management reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or displayed on our website.

4. Health and Safety

  • Members must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before starting their training. FusionFitness will not be liable for any injuries or health issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the trainers and staff.

5. Facility Rules

  • Maintain cleanliness and decorum in the fitness center. Misconduct or damage to property may result in termination of membership without refund.                                                                                         
  •  Operating Hours
    Monday to Saturday: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
    Sunday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
